Location: 6 Allée I et F Joliot Curie, Champs-sur-Marne

Description:
As winter approaches, staying active and maintaining wellness becomes increasingly important. Our Winter Wellness and Indoor Sports Festival offers a full day of activities aimed at promoting fitness, mental health, and social connection during the colder months.

The event begins at 9:00 AM with a group warm-up session including stretching and low-impact exercises designed to prepare the body for the day ahead. Indoor sports facilities will host a range of activities such as badminton, table tennis, and indoor soccer, catering to all age groups and abilities.

A highlight of the day is the wellness workshop series, which includes yoga sessions focusing on relaxation and flexibility, mindfulness meditation classes to reduce stress, and talks on winter nutrition to support immunity and energy.

The festival also features “Skill Building Clinics,” where participants can develop specific sports techniques with guidance from professional trainers. These clinics cover topics such as improving footwork in soccer, mastering the basics of badminton, and enhancing hand-eye coordination through table tennis drills.

At midday, a communal lunch area provides warm beverages and nutritious snacks, encouraging participants to rest and socialize.

In the afternoon, family-friendly tournaments will take place, promoting friendly competition and teamwork. These are interspersed with interactive games designed to keep energy levels high and spirits lifted.

Health professionals will be available throughout the day to offer advice on injury prevention, posture correction, and maintaining physical and mental wellness during winter.

The event concludes at 5:00 PM with a reflection circle, inviting participants to share their experiences and set wellness goals for the coming year.

Winter Wellness and Indoor Sports Festival is an ideal opportunity to embrace the season proactively, nurturing body and mind in a supportive community setting.
